Developing Computer Skills

About Our Tech Program

Our school has an updated computer lab and a laptop cart. We also have Smart Boards and iPads in every classroom for students to use.​ We believe that keyboarding has become a second language in our society. At St. Joseph's, students will be able to hone their typing skills so they are comfortable using any keyboard, whether it is a stand alone keyboard or on a laptop. 

 

We ultimately want to teach the students skills that will help them research information and pull that information from their brains to a computer screen. Our goal is for the students to feel comfortable using these tools.
